Where do assertion failures get logged?

While trying to declare assertions using X-PATH, X-QUERY - I was not successful. Still working to get them right.
Interested to know if these assertion failures thrown on screen are logged in a file somewhere?

Unfortunately SoapUI-Errors & SoapUI.log do not have any indication of assertion failures.

Can something be done from our side - to see errors from screen being logged into a file?
