Web Service using WCF with WSHttp Binding with SOAP 1.2 - timed out

We developed a Web Service using WCF with WSHttp Binding with SOAP 1.2.    When try to consume service no response received, and connection timedout.

Does soap UI supports WSHttp with SOAP 1.2 ?

If it works what settings we need to changed,
