unable to see Form Tab in editor window of request-Soap3.6.1

hi

Please Help!
I am very new to Soap UI 3.6.1. I couldnt see Form tab in Editor window of a login Request. Please see attached screenshot.

And can you please tel me how to resolve unkown host exception? or where to set host value?

    Sorry, but the Form Editor and technical support is only available in soapUI Pro.
