Unable to create a Project using WSDL

I have a very old WSDL which used the wsse namespace. I am trying to create a project by importing a WSDL. This WSDL has a namespace wsse which points to xmlns:wsse="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2002/04/secext". But SOAP UI is not able to load the schema definiation from this URL. I verified that the URL is valid. SOAP UI is not throwing any error but tries to download the schema for ever. Am I missing something here? Please share your thoughts.
