Trouble using two WADL files in same project

I am trying to use two WADL files in the same project to test a REST API.
My problem is that when I am trying to create test steps using the SECOND resource, it just say that it is missing and I must choose another method (from the FIRST resource that works fine).
I can use the methods directly in the SECOND resource but as soon as I try to add it to a test case, it just says its missing and I must pick a method from the first resource? If I create a new project using the second WADL file, I can create test steps using it. The problem only occurs when I have two WADL files added to the same project.
Anyone experienced this before? Bug? Are there a workaround? Please help
