Testing Security policy attached web service

Hi,

I need to test a web service that use Oracle Weblogic Security Policies. I guess they need to have user name /pwd and the policy name to be mentioned in the request. So can anyone let me know how to test this service using Soap UI..?

Note : this can be tested using Weblogic EM console. But wanted to test using Soap UI .
