Testing a restful web service

Hello everybody ^^
I'm trying to test a restful web service with soapui , i have the wadl file , and it generates requests , but , i don't know how to test these resquests :s
I've already seen the documentation , but I don't get how to do that , I 'm new to soapui , and I really need details : what to do exactely to test the services ( especially the PUT , POST and DELETE requests )
