TCP KeepAlive

When testing with SoapUI against a Windows Azure hosted web service, the connection will time out if running longer than about 4 minutes, because of the Azure load balancer.

How would one be able to set a KeepAlive for TCP (not HTTP) when running SoapUI test cases?
