Strange SOAP UI Issue

I've got a very weird issue,
I have a wsdl file that is working fine and returning the right results on SOAPUI, the problem is I'm using a WCF service to consume this wsdl in my Asp.net application with the same IP and Inputs. The problem is: the application is not returning the same results of the SOAPUI though I'm using the same configurations.
I tried the WCF service on a separate windows application and it is returning the wrong results.
I posted here as maybe someone of you did face this problem before.
