Sorting Definitions

I've got a WSDL file running on a local server for some inhouse testing and there are over 30+ functions that are supported. in the WSDL file they are sorted by function group (customer, widgits, test, ect) but given this is still under development, I'm adding new functions as required, but when I update the definitions, they are added / appended to the end of the list, and not in the same function group as in the WSDL file.

Is their a way to "sort" functions or do I have to create a new project every time I add new functions?
