SOAPUI Pro Starting not up - JVM startup failure

Hi Folks,

I tried installing SOAPUI Pro 3.5.1, SOAPUI Pro 3.6.1 and SOAPUI Pro 3.6.2 and when I tried to start, I encountered "JVM Startup Failure" error. I tried changing the Heap Size in the VMoptions for all the versions to "-Xmx128m" and also to "-Xmx486m" but it did not help.

Please help.

    do you have any more details on the error message? a screenshot maybe?
