SoapUI move to another server and upgrade guide?

From where could I find guide/instructions to move SoapUI to another server and how to upgrade it after the move?

What are the versions in use?
You should be able to install the new version of soapUI on new machine and should be able to use the existing project.
Is your case different? or revert back if any issues after following above with details.
Plan is move current version 4.5.1 to new linux server and after that upgrade to 5.2.1.
My current plan is to upgarde by install 5.2.1 to sibling folder of current version and change current links to new version.
- You can try that and update if there is any specific issue that may arise.
