SOAPUI java API for WADL import and mockService

I am trying to build a REST service and Mock Rest Service using Java api for SOAPUI. Can anyone let me know what is the class and method used to load a WADL file (which creates the request and responses).
I know there is WDLImporter - initFromWADL but i think it does not accept WADL filepath (it throws error).

I am looking for the equivalent java method for ImportWADL option present in SOAPUI gui when we create a NewRestService.

Any pointers would be of great help.
