SoapUI docs for beginners

I am a beginner with SoapUI and trying to figure out whether it's suitable for my project. In the online docs/article found groovy script samples using objects that I cannot not find documentation for. Example: testRunner, mockRunner, etc. How could a user figure out the methods and the properties of these objects? Where are they described? Thx, Emil Romascanu.
