Soapui creates duplicate test suites in soapUI 3.6.2 Pro

I'm facing similar problem already described here : viewtopic.php?t=3038
So am using soapUi 3.6.2 Pro version, so i forgot to add test case description to my tests and now i come back to add test case description and save the project, I see that duplicate test suite is created with same name. I have no clue how test suites are being created with the same name.
So i have the test suites named CPG3700 phxcsl-Celebrity-entity . Now i add test case description to the test cases inside the suite and save the project [ Ctrl + Alt + S] and now in my folder i see another test suite CPG3700phxcsl-Celebrity-entity being created, notice the space difference between the two test suites. I dont know why it is being created, any pointers in resolving the issue ?
