SOAP Monitor Traffic Log - select all

I cannot find a way to select all exchanges in the SOAP Monitor traffic log. 

I am using SOAP Monitor in tunnel mode to capture the exchanges between a client and a WS, with intention of creating requests for the selected messages.

Both the toolbar button tooltip and manual pages suggest this is possible (they talk about selected messages, plural), but there is no context menu, Ctrl-A doesn't work and shift-click or ctrl-click don't work either.

Is select-all available?  If so, how do I do it?
If not, I think it would be useful to add it.
