Security test- Can't add test parameter for Soap request

Hi,

I have Soap request test case like below,

When i try to add security test for this. I don't parameter auto populating. Let's say "intA" is parameter i want to mutate and test.I was expecting to IntA in param list.

How can i achieve this?
