running web service in SOAPUI automatically on a nightly sch

I have a third party company that created a web service to run in SOAPUI. It only seems to run in version 3.6.1, and it gives errors in version 4.0.0. The web service generates a couple XML files that are in the attachments tab within SOAPUI itself. The third party company wants to use this method to get us certain IDs we need, to be able to link to specific postings on their site. We do not want to have to manually run the web service every time, extract the files, then search through them to find the IDs we need. Is there a way to setup SOAPUI to run the web service automatically at say 1AM every night, have it place the files it generates somewhere on our server (so we don't have to manually extract them) and then we can use our own code on our server to parse the files and get the IDs we need. I have been trying to read through documentation on SOAPUI.org, but it only gives me general descriptions and does not explain if something like this is possible. If it is not, then we need to have this third party company setup the web service differently, so we can use it. Please, if anyone knows if this is possible, and if it is, has some example of how to do it in general, I would greatly appreciate the help. Thanks in advance for any responses.
