REST POST request using OpenProject API v3

I have REST POST request to upload attachment using OpenProject API v3 (link to documentation: http://docs.openproject.org/apiv3-doc/#attachments-attachments-by-work-package-post)

I don't get how to POST multipart/form-data using SoapUI as described in the documentation.

I appreciate any form of help.
