REST End point with port number

If I use a port number in my end point url, I get a 404

Any help would be great

    Hi Jim,

    the obvious question: is the REST service available on that port? If so, can you check the HTTP Log in soapUI that request is being sent correctly?

    Please attach a screenshot of the REST request-editor showing the request, response and endpoint so I can try to figure out whats wrong..

    Yes the service is running on that port

    In the request(raw) window I see this

    My bad, there is an extra slash in the endpoint.  Without the port specified I was going through a load balancer (BigIP) that
    must have been stripping it out, with the port it was going right to Glassfish and getting the 404
