Re: Can't Launch Pro 2.5

I'm a licensed user in the US and have an issue. I have been successfully using this application for 2 months but on Monday of this week I could no longer launch the application. I run on Windows 2000. The app would go as far as the start up and get hung up. I reinstalled a couple of times but I still cannot launch the app. The start up screen briefly appears and then nothing else happens.  One thing that may be of substance is I installed firefox on Monday before the issues began. I have since removed firefox and exclusively use iExplorer.
Please assist.

    There is a bin/soapui-error.log in directory where you installed soapUI. Check what is in it. Errors should be logged there. So, we can see what is going on.
    If you are using pro version you should post on pro user forum so you can get better support. If you have trouble accessing support forum send email to support@eviware.com.
