Providing custom input to test the webservice

I downloaded soapUI 3.6.1 and I am trying to test my web service on a remote box. I created a new project and I did a right click on the project and chose 'Launch Load Test Runner'
On the 'Basic' tab, I chose the values from the dropdown for TestSuite, TestCase and LoadTest. On the overrides tab, I specified the endpoint and host:port, along with Limit and ThreadCount.
For the webservice load (or even unit) test, I would like to enter my own data (which is in XML format). Where do I enter this data? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated...
