one-way and request-response

I am learning SOAPUI for an upcoming project and have some questions related to request styles.

1. Is one-way request supported in SOAPUI, if so, is there any sample public service that we can use and test to see how a one-way request looks like?

2. Are solicit-response and notification operation styles really used by any of the services?
