Need to stand up "form" based front-end for testing

I am hoping someone could answer a few beginner questions for myself.

First, I need the ability to stand-up form (entry) pages for web services, basically acting like a client app. This would be for testers who want to insert their test cases and validate their results. Can this product do this, and if so, what are some links to get started.

Secondly, if we can stand up some sort of front-end, can the forms be deployed to a container? And if so, can it handle SSL or mutual-auth

Lastly, if we update the WSDL, will the old front end forms still work, and allow us to manually add the new forms? Or how is this handled.
