MockService with multiple users

I have some middleware that I set up to point to a mock service on my PC. The other testers send their jobs through the middleware (not using SoapUI) but have to come to my PC to check the request data on my mock service.

They have SoapUI installed on their machines. Is there a way for them to see the messages from their own machines using SoapUI. The middleware can only point to one machine running the mock service.
