Maximun # of threads can be used as part of load test
Hello,
I would like to know how many number of maximum threads can be used as part of the WebService load test using SoapUI before we see resource constraints (i.e. of the machine from which the test has been kicked off)? I will be running this load test from my laptop having 4GB RAM/i5 2.4Ghz processor/200GB hard drive.
Are we suppose to use any external load generators (like how we use in loadrunner) when I want to generate 1000 threads or am I able to generate from my laptop?
How many maximum number of threads did you guys tested up to using your laptop/desktop? Please provide your laptop/desktop configuration also.
