Maven plugin to clear/set request properties

I'd like to configure our Maven build to clear/set various request properties, e.g. username & password. Our issue is that folks are saving projects with sensitive data and I'd like to clear these out when the Maven build runs on the CI server. Is there any way to use the SoapUI Maven plugin to do this?
