Local installation of swaggerUI. Unable to open in IE11

Hello,

I have,

Client: IE11 is running on 64 bit windows 7 Enterprise.

Server: Swagger 3.1.6 as a war file deployed to WebSphere Application Server 8.5.5.9 running Java 8 on Win Server 2012 R2

Getting a blank page when I try to access Swagger
