Is there anyway to add payload attributes to existing test cases dynamically?

We have existing soap ui project with around 200 test cases, now our payload structure got chnaged(Some new attributes) got added.Is there anyway to change/update dynamically all the payload before hitting service through automation in soap UI free vesion?
