HTTPS Mock service

All, 

It will be very helpful if any one can give me the solution for below question , I have tried many ways but WSDL not popping up when try to browse on mock service.

Question :- Is it possible we can create a mock service in soap for https?? if yes share me the complete method which will work and also share the screen shots if possible.
