http send basic username and password request

hi

i used SoapUI a few years ago for doing script testing; but now am trying to send http requests, the device Im sending to is an embedded system that will send out a username/password dialog box. in my soapui test, i send a request for a page that i know should ask for the username/pwd, but in the html view, all i can see is the underlying web page and cannot see the dialog box

right now Im using the demo version of soapui pro, but any version should be fine; is there a way to make that dialog box appear? or should there be some steps that will interact with the cgi? interface
