how to use decimal value in property in soap ui

Hi I am accessing floating value from exel sheet using property step in groovy script in soap ui open source version but I am not able to do it its giving me the error array out of bound.But when I am doing it for the normal integer value it works.

Please tell me how to access the flaot value from execel sheet to the grrovy script.
