How to Unsubscribe to Durable Subscritpions

we have a soapUI test case that sends a message to the queue and gets the response from a Topic. we are able to send and receive the message. But the Durable Subscription and messages created in this process remains on the SonicMQ. How can we unsubscribe/delete the message and subscription created.
