How to make testrunner faster from command line?

hi all
I'm currently using SOAPui 3.01 pro for automation testing, we start each groovy test cases from command line, and initial the soapui project in each single case
the problem it that the soapui project will take a long time to load , so how to speed up the project xml loading process? or there is something else that I can optimize to increase it?
