How to evaluate different response

Hi everyone,
I'm starting to soupUI and I solve the problem with evaluating these data request message.

Source Data Line 1: | 1 | A | 2 | - Response: | x1 | y1 | z1 |
Source Data Line 2: | 2 | B | 2 | - Response: | y1 | z1 |
Source Data Line 3: | 3 | C | 2 | - Response: | z1 |

I would like to have source data in a single CSV file.
I got the idea that each row a unique ID will indicate the type of response and based on this ID will be able to distinguish the correct answer. ID is the only value in the dataset file, but ID is not sent in response.

Unfortunately, I came to do it.
