How to edit 100 xmls at once in test case steps

Hi,

I have a scenario with 100 xmls test requests in a test case, I need to modify the xmls, basically I need to assign a unique number for an element in the 100 xmls.

can some one help me on, how to do with a script or a mass udpate.

    May be better ways, but I simply export the testcase and then edit the testcase xml file with my xml editor and finaly re-import the test case.
