How to create a soapui project to make calls to xml over http service without a wsdl, using xsds

How do I create a SOAPUI project without a WSDL to make calls to a XML over HTTP service?  We have the XSDs for the XML over HTTP service.  Can't find a section in the SOAPUI documentation to describe the steps to do this.
