How to build SoapUI and the win32 installer executable?

Hi,

I was able to clone https://github.com/SmartBear/soapui and run `mvn package` without errors (on windows, JDK 1.7). However I'm missing the win32 executable installer and I couldn't find any hints about this in the project readme nor here in the forum.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
