How to assert that a request gets a 403 status code?

(This may be a duplicate, but I can't tell for sure. I logged in, wrote the note, and then it asked for my login again when I submitted it, but I don't see it in the list.)

How do I write a test step that verifies that a particular request gets a 403 http status code back?
