Help | Someone has integrated Datacredito Experian from SOAPUI to PHP api (curl, request)?

I have imported a .PFX certificate created from keystore to generate the Header part, and it works fine in SoapUI but it doesn't work in the browser, nor in the hosting with the public certificate installed.

I get this error: error:0A000410:SSL routines::sslv3 alert handshake failure
