Gradually increase the threads for loadtest

Hi all,

I need to gradually increase the threads and have to get the 20 tps for my loadtest..how can i do that..eg: i would like start with the 0 threads to 10 and would like to incraese it to 20..i mean it has to increase gradually...how can do that..pls reply..TIA.
