Fixed-Rate Load-test Strategy

Is the Fixed-rate load testing available in SoapUI free version or is it only available in the Pro version? I'm using Soap UI 4.0.0 & it seems it doesn't have the fixed-rate load testing strategy. Only four types of strategy is displayed which are simple,burst,thread & variance. I need to send say 10 threads/second for say 1 min and get the count of how many test cases have been successfully executed within this 1 min. Can it be done using SoapUI free version?
