executing testrunner.bat from command line (in sequence mode

Hello All,

I am trying to execute testrunner.bat from commandline. By default it is going to Parellel mode and all my tests are failed.
What is the setting that will make this run mode as sequnce.

I am using the below command.
testrunner.bat -ehttp://192.168.4.153:8080/EnterpriseProce
ssManager/AWFUserManagementService -h192.168.4.153:8080 -s1.0UserManagementServiceBindingTestSuite -
