ERROR:java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect in SOAP UI
Hi,
I am trying to access the a webservice using SOAPUI tool.
I created soap project in SOAP UI for the given WSDL file.
This service is not having any security. Hence I am not passing any security piece as header.
I have tested the service at my machine it is working. ( I am located in TX).
But when my offshore team(they are located in india) trying to test the same they are getting this ERROR:java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect Exception.

I checked all the setting in the SOAP UI. I mean I compared between SOAP UI and my offshore team SOAP UI.
Both are having same settings.
Even they tried of accessing WSDL file in browser. They could see that.
Do they need to change any setting in SOAP UI to make it work.
Could you please help me on this.
Thanks
