Error message when loading wsdl in soapui

Hi,

I am getting error when loading the wsdl file to generate java sources from wsdl.

WSDLException (at /description): faultCode=INVALID_WSDL: Expected element '{http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/wsdl/}definitions'.

please provide your suggesitons.
