error getting response while running the soap request

Hi..
I'm using SoapUI for deploying Mule application xml-only-soap-webservice example. when i imported the Hospital-Admission-Example-soapui-project.xml into SoapUI and ran the soap request i'm getting the error "error getting response org.apache.http.conn.httphostconnectexception connection to refused". can somebody help..
