Error 405: Method Not Allowed

I am getting error 405: Method not allowed when I run a POST request in SOAPUI pro. The same call used to work fine when I run it on the free version of SOAPUI. The detailed error says, 'The method specified in the Request-Line is not allowed for the resource identified by the Request-URI. The response MUST include an Allow header containing a list of valid methods for the requested resource'
How should I get rid of this error?
