Eclipse Plugin - Missing SoapUI Perspective

I've tried to add the SoapUI plugin (3.6.0 beta2) to Eclipse. All seems to go fine, but after Eclipse restarts I don't see the SoapUI perspective when I try to open perspective / other. I've even reinstalled Eclipse with the latest download ( Eclipse IDE for Java Developers 1.3.0.20100617-0520 epp.package.java) - still no luck. Has anybody else seen this? Any ideas on what I may be doing wrong?
