You're absolutely right.
This is something we wrestle with. We'd really prefer to have one set of forum at one place, but still have to figure out what the best thing is. As of now, we're leaning towards moving all into these forums and even possibly -in some way- giving forum access from within soapUI itself. We're also planning to move into another forum software. Of course it will be done in steps.
The reason why we prefer these is we think the usability the forum SourceForge supplies isn't optimal. The reason why we haven't done it is that we respect the ability for the SourceForge users to be anonymous in regards to us. In short: The likelihood is high to super high.
Meanwhile however, both forum are being monitored, but I'd say that these has got the highest chance since we also have the soapUI Pro forum here, and they are monitored on a minute to minute basis, there's always an eviware ghost around (a friendly ghost though, think of it as a geeky Casper...).
