Defects and disappointment with the Support and the Forum
Hello,
I find it quite hard to submit a defect that is really turning my life hard on job.
I registered on the forum but it seems that in order to submit a defect on the pro you need to have a login that was sent to the person that registered the license. Well the license was registered by the company and I dont have it right now, so it seems that I will have to dig into that only to submit a defect ??
I really would like to inform the support about what is happening to find out a better solution rather then the workaround I have to manage every-time the defect happens.
I also would like to ask why as a opensource community (supposed to be) the SmartBear don't have free access for people to report defects, this only makes the process harder and its just stupid. Why there is no JIRA HERE ? what is this for a defect support ?? do you really want to know about the defects or this is just to mask and pretend something ?
The SmartBear should be the first to raise the hand for the community support, because in the end...I'm doing the job that the SMART BEAR TESTERS should be doing, but for free....I'm paying for a product that was not tested properly and have defects that I CANNOT SUBMIT because I don't have the login registered with the license ? What is this for a support ?
I tried to send the message to the administrators but I'm not allowed to so I posted it here.
